Who I Am

I'm Miles, a software and AI engineer, video game enthusiast, and lifelong learner. My love for tech started at 5 years old when I played Pokémon Yellow on a Game Boy Color — my first video game. That spark grew into a passion for building technology that connects and empowers.

Today, I'm a senior at NC State University (Computer Science major, Japan Studies minor, Goodnight Scholar mentor and ambassador). I work across full‑stack development, AI system design, and creative software projects like indie games and language learning tools.

I've led a bakery team while in school, maintained a college website, freelanced as a Web Analyst and Developer, contributed at a startup, and helped ship enterprise systems at Siemens. Those experiences shaped my focus on practical impact and technical quality.

I'm especially interested in intelligent software with real‑world impact—particularly in education, gaming, and language learning. If you're building something meaningful in software or AI, I'd love to connect.
